Devices used to measure vibrations of an airplane. These are used mainly for measuring airframe vibrations.

Mechano-optical vibrometer. The motion given to the probe by the vibrating surface is used to rock a mirror and thereby actuate an optical lever arm. A light beam reflected from the mirror and focused onto the scale measures vibration amplitude.
